Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you order. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.


Shipping times (United States)

Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within this window, though occasionally weather, customs, or peak seasons can add a few days.


Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. No surprises at checkout. (If you'd rather charge shipping, swap this for: "Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.")

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. It can take 2-4 days for tracking to update as your package begins its journey.


Delays

Occasionally a package moves slower than expected due to customs or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at executivesajid11@gmail.com and we'll track it down or make it right.


Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out fast and we'll do our best to help.
